Dr. Patrice Harris is a psychiatrist from Atlanta and was the 14th President of the American Medical Association and the first African American woman to hold that prestigious position. Dr. Harris has diverse experience as a private practicing physician, a county public health director, patient advocate and medical society lobbyist.

Dr. Harris discusses what she is hearing from families and others about the stress of these times, recommendations on how to navigate the upcoming holiday season and how to reframe the conversation.
