As the only venue of its kind in the Southeast the Children’s Museum of Atlanta strives to spark every child’s imagination, sense of discovery and learning through the power of play. Over its more than 30-year history, the Museum has established itself as the city’s foremost interactive hub for creativity and exploration for young children.

The Executive Director is charged with overseeing all aspects of the organization. Combining a strong managerial skill set built on a foundation of relevant experience, an authentic desire to work collaboratively, and a passion for the power of exploration and play, the new leader will bring the multiple talents required to ensure that the Museum realizes its ambitious aspirations.

Job Purpose: To provide a clean, fun, safe and welcoming environment for all Museum guests and members in exhibit floor spaces. Exhibit Floor Support is a part-time position that reports to the Manager of Guest Experience.

Job Purpose: We are hiring for a Grant Writer who has a passion for children learning through play and extensive experience fulfilling annual corporate, foundation and government fundraising goals in support of annual operations, special projects, restricted programs, and events through grant writing and reporting.

Job purpose: As a Museum Educator (Play Facilitator) on the Guest Experience Team, you will learn ​and present our Museum's STEAM-based programming. You will facilitate ​play by teaching and engaging with children and their guardians, throughout our Education spaces and Museum exhibit floor. You will also play a role in ensuring a safe Museum experience for our guests. This is a hands-on, guest-facing position.
