Children's Museum of Atlanta, a nonprofit 501(c)(3), is the only educational venue of its kind in Atlanta. Through community outreach initiatives, educational programs, and exhibits designed for children ages 0–8, the Museum strives to spark every child’s imagination, sense of discovery and learning through the power of play.

We are hiring a Guest Experience Lead to join our team. This position reports to the Manager of Guest Experience in the Guest Experience Department. It is a part-time, non-exempt, hourly position. Must be able to work holidays and events when required.

Primary Role: The Guest Experience (Gx) Lead supports the Gx and Education Management team and acts as manager on duty when they are not available or present. The Gx Lead provides leadership and support to Gx team members. They are the first point of contact for customer service issues.

Job Purpose: Coordinate, facilitate, and create programming for CMA’s Learning Spaces in partnership with the United Way of Greater Atlanta and nine (9) Learning Spaces sites in Clayton and Fulton Counties.

Job Purpose: Ensures positive guest experiences by conducting educational, curriculum-based activities (in-house, virtually, and through community outreach) and by keeping the exhibit floor and programming spaces organized, sanitized, and safe. This part-time position reports to the Manager of Guest Experience while working closely with our education department.
