Celebrate MLK Day all weekend long with us from Saturday, January 18 – Monday, January 20! Learn about Martin Luther King Jr., his message of hope and acceptance, and more with fun activities with the National Center for Civil & Human Rights, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and Markell Williams.

Morph Gallery: Timeline of Dr. King's Life
Morph Gallery will be laid out as a timeline through Dr. King's life, with 39 steps (footprints) through the area to symbolize his 39 years of life with fun activities.
Reading Nook
Need a break from playing? Take a breather in our Reading Nook and pick up a book to learn about Dr. King!
Atlanta Skyline Build
Replicate the structures of our Atlanta Skyline and envision your place within!
Art Studio: Watercolor Portraits and Quotes
Learn about Dr. King's portrait in the National Portrait Gallery, and then make your own! Sketch out your portrait with pencil, and then color it in using watercolor, just like Boris Chaliapin did for Dr. King! For our younger guests, we will have various "bubble letter" quotes printed on cardstock to paint!
