1 cup of berries of your choice
1/2 cup of spinach
1/2 cup of milk, yogurt, or water
1 teaspoon of honey if desired
If you don’t have some of these ingredients, don’t worry – smoothies are hard to mess up! You can substitute any kind of fruit, either frozen or fresh, and any type of dairy-free milk.
- Chop your banana into smaller pieces.
- Pour the milk, water, or yogurt into your blender.
- Add in your fruit, spinach, and honey.
- Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
