Membership Levels & Benefits
Membership Benefits
All our memberships include:
- Unlimited FREE general admission for one year during regular operating hours
- 50% off general admission for up to two accompanying guests on every visit
- 10% off general admission for additional accompanying guests
- Discounts on ticketed events
- 10% off Museum Store purchases
- $100 off birthday party packages
- Member-only exhibit preview invitations
- ACM Reciprocity — 50% off up to six (6) tickets at 200+ participating children's museums
General Information
- Members are encouraged to purchase their general admission tickets in advance online, especially during peak hours and weekends.
- When you purchase tickets at the Museum, your email address will be added to our e-newsletter list to automatically receive new programs and visiting notes.
- Membership does not guarantee Museum admission. Admission is based on capacity.
- You can upgrade your membership level at any time throughout the year. Upgrade fees will apply.
Year-Round Discounts
Military
Active-duty military families receive 10% off a Museum membership. Military ID required. Must be purchased in person. Some restrictions may apply — contact the Membership Department for details.
Educator
Teachers and school administrators receive 10% off a Museum membership. A valid educator ID or Georgia Declaration of Intent is required at time of purchase. Must be purchased in person.
Current Members
Accessing Your Benefits
Visit the Member Portal and log in using the email address associated with your membership. You can also access your benefits in person — simply show your member ID or the email on file at the admissions desk when you arrive.

Member FAQs
After purchasing a membership, members will receive a separate email with a link to their digital membership cards. They'll have access to our Member Portal, where members can view their membership details, update personal information, check transaction history, and more. Please allow up to one business day for your membership to fully sync with the portal.
To access Member tickets and guest ticket discounts, please make sure to create an account on our Member Ticket site to get access. Please be sure to create an account using an email address associated with an existing membership.
Absolutely! As a benefit, members get discounts on all guest tickets. During each visit, the first two accompanying guests get 50% off their tickets, and any additional guests get 10% off their tickets.
Renewing members not currently enrolled in Automatic Renewal are encouraged to renew by purchasing a membership online, visiting our Welcome Center in person, or calling our team at (404) 527-3693 to renew and learn about auto renewal.
Yes! Members are encouraged to visit our Welcome Center or give us a call at (404) 527-3693 to upgrade their membership level.
Museum memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. All adults on the membership must be named. Membership cards are required at every visit.
