CMA Town Square: Ep. 1

Cori V. Cain Discusses Systemic Racism in the Classroom

Our first CMA Town Square is geared towards parents who are navigating the challenges presented by the latest instances of police violence against Black people in the United States. We recognize that racialized violence impacts families differently. We also believe that a problem of this magnitude should be addressed by the whole community with each of us exploring and tackling our part.

As an educator and as a parent, Ms. Cain discusses systemic racism in the classroom setting and how parents can recognize and address it at school and at home.
