Active, retired, and reserve military personnel and their families receive the discounted rate of $9.75 + tax.
On the Memorial Day, July 4, and Veteran's Day, Flag Day, and Armed Forces Day, all active, retired, and
reserve military personnel are admitted for free and their families
receive the discounted rate of $9.75 + tax. Military ID must be
presented to receive the special military discounted rate.
Fulton County residents are invited to buy one admission
ticket and receive one additional general admission ticket for free on
the opening day of each feature exhibit. Tickets are available for walk-in visitors only and are subject to availability.
Proof of residency is required and can include:
- Georgia driver's license or ID with a county code of 60
- Student ID from a Fulton County based school, or
- Fulton County employee identification card.

Target Free Second Tuesday
Target Free Second Tuesday is a special opportunity for the community to bring their children to The Children’s Museum of Atlanta and experience the Museum for free, between the hours 1 PM and 6 PM. Free admission is made possible through the generous support of Target. Every second Tuesday of the Month, visitors who may not have the opportunity to experience the Museum or want to try the Museum free of charge are able to do so through our partnership with Target.
