Membership FAQs

How do I become a member?
We offer several ways to become a member.  You can join online or via mail, by phone at 404-527-5910, or on your next visit to the Museum.

I’m undecided about purchasing a membership?
Take us for a test drive first.  Purchase admission tickets, and if you choose to join by the end of your visit, we’ll apply your ticket price to the purchase of membership.  If you need some to think about it, you have 7 days from date of purchase to apply your tickets.

Can I apply all the tickets I purchased toward a membership?
We can credit the number of adult and children tickets that apply to the level of membership you are purchasing.  For example, 1 adult and 1 child ticket can be credited toward a Two of Us membership.  We will allow 1 additional ticket to be credited if you choose an add-on for your membership.  Limits apply.

We visited the Museum and loved our experience, and we are now ready to apply our tickets towards a membership.  How do we do that?
You have seven (7) days to apply your tickets from your visit towards a membership.  You can call our membership department or purchase it in person.  You will need your original receipt in order to apply your purchase.
