Home School Days


The Museum’s Home School Days are designed for the unique educational needs of home school students who will spend an afternoon enjoying facilitated activities and workshops. Perfect for grade levels K through 4th grade, the Museum Home School Days program activities teach important concepts including math, science, language arts, and social studies. Program runs 1:00 PM-4:00 PM.

Tickets are $10 for non-member children and $5 for member children. Adults are free.

2017 Home School Days

August 22, 2017 | STEAM – SOLD OUT
Focus: science, technology, math, engineering

This one of a kind event features hands-on STEAM projects, a music maker’s workshop, science experiments, and our all-new traveling exhibit Blue Man Group. During your visit, your scholar will explore our Science of Sound Experiment stations, you can also build your own musical instrument in one of our STEAM workshops, or explore the Odyssey of Sound with our Imaginators. Don’t miss this exciting event. It’s guaranteed to get your scholar engaged and learning with our groundbreaking learning through play experiences.
