Superhero Science Night

March 18 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Science gives us all super powers! Dress up your favorite superhero and come to Children’s Museum of Atlanta to learn how to save the world with the power of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics! Enjoy special hands-on activities throughout the museum before the grand finale from our very own Professor Labcoat!

Special Guests:

The GroveBots, a FIRST® LEGO® League Robotics Team from Oak Grove Elementary,

FIRST® LEGO® League immerses kids in real-world science and technology challenges. The competition challenges students to design their own solution to current scientific problems, build LEGO® robots that perform autonomous “missions,” and in the process, they develop valuable life skills and discover exciting career possibilities in science and technology. This year’s theme, animal allies, looks at the many ways we interact with animals. The students built a robot that showcases just a fraction of human’s wonderful story with animal, and  pays attention to the many ways innovation and technology have enabled humans and animals to exchange learning, friendship, help, daily needs, protection, amusement, and love.
