What Animal is in the Box? – How do animals move and talk? Join the Imaginators for a fun guessing game like charades. Can you bark like a dog, moo like a cow or slither like a snake?

Storytime – 1:00 & 3:00 pm

Join the Imaginators for a special interactive re-telling of the story Farmer Will Allen and the Growing Table by Jacqueline Briggs Martin.

Super Spectacular Science Show – 4:00 PM

Join us this week-end for the Imaginators’ special Super Spectacular Science Show! Your Heart! Your Heart! is a fun and interactive program that teaches you why you should take care of your heart and how you can keep it strong and healthy!

Science Bar – open 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Science is everywhere, but it’s especially on the mezzanine at the Children’s Museum of Atlanta! Staffed by a STEM educator with a whole menu full of fun activities and a whole head full of knowledge, the Science Bar is where questions turn into answers!

Art Studio – open 11:00AM – 4:00 PM

Rainbow Bracelets – Make a rainbow bracelet and change colors like the chameleon in Leo Leonni’s book A Color of my Own.

Bug Jar – Farmer Will Allen creates a community garden in Farmer Will Allen and the Growing Table. He teaches the children in the neighborhood about farming and how to compost using worms and food waste. Guests and visitors will create Bug Jars. Bugs are beneficial to farmers and gardeners. When they get home, they can collect bugs from their own gardens and examine them up close

Build It Lab – open 11:00AM – 4:00 PM

Farmer Will Allen now oversees an operation that aims to educate and encourage people around the world to grow their own food—even if they only have a pot on their porch to cultivate. Make your own planter in the Build It Lab and grow a bean plant.
